Boost Software™ recently created an affiliate training course as part of its recent PC HealthBoost™ Clickbank launch and affiliate push. The course is meant to teach anyone how to get started in affiliate marketing. The program features a media training course that covers everything from building a website, to attracting visitors with SEO, to laser-targeting customers with intelligent advertising practices.
But the Boost Affiliates program isn't entirely a how-to course. Co-founder and CEO Amit Mehta has added another component to the training, one that Mehta and business partner Peter Dunbar feel will help affiliates reach new levels of sales and income.
The Boost Software™ CEO said he wants to teach affiliate mindset and mental attitude, in part because it was the only thing that kept him going at one point. Mehta plied his online marketing effort part-time while working a job he hated, with $20,000 in credit card debt to his name.
“I failed for six, seven months straight,” says Mehta. “I ran sixteen affiliate campaigns that were complete and total flops. I eventually made $10,000 in profit on my ninth month. But I wouldn't have gotten there without the proper mental mindset.”
Mehta credits one book especially with changing the way he thinks, to which he gives much credit for his success. The book is a lesser-known published piece by Think and Grow Rich author Napoleon Hill.
Mehta also mentions another book, which he says to learn basic salesmanship and copy writing is, “All you need to know about writing copy,” for the business owner or affiliate. (He lists it as a starting point for those who want to write copy professionally.)
In addition to his book recommendation, Mehta discusses “the tipping point” of online marketing. This is the point, he says, where all of one's efforts suddenly start to show results. Another video discusses “Failing Forward,” and why failure is more than just “one more step towards success,” as it is commonly called.
What may be of interest to many affiliates is the final Super Affiliate Mindset video, entitled “My Biggest Secret.” Mehta uses the six-minute video to explain the step he took to boost his affiliate career.
Mehta, along with business partner Peter Dunbar, founded Boost Software™ after years as an affiliate marketer. Frustrated with the offerings in the registry cleaner field, the two set out to create a registry cleaning software that was both more robust and more well-supported than anything they had encountered.
The result was PC Health Boost ™, the affiliate program for which can be found at http://boostaffiliates.com.
