New site features easier navigation, improved contact information.

We wanted something easy to navigate, and that really spoke to moms and their daughters.

Blossom Girl, a Mandeville store specializing in tween gifts and accessories, recently revamped its website, BlossomGirl.com. In addition to improved navigation, Blossom Girl’s redesigned site also features vivid, eye-catching graphics and improved information about visiting Blossom Girl’s Mandeville store.

“We wanted something easy to navigate, and that really spoke to moms and their daughters,” says store owner Kerry Parsons. “There is now more information about the services we offer in store, along with directions, and we’ve made it easier to contact us.”

Blossom Girl’s prime objective is to both reach out to parents and tweens with its offerings, which run the gamut from earrings to skincare products. The site seeks to honor the uniqueness of each tween girl, realizing that the age appropriateness of items is of prime importance to parents.

The newly-redesigned website features a full line of products. While parents will still find that the store has more items than are provided online, the Internet store gives consumers who are located in other areas of the country. The new site divides products into four separate areas:

  •     Girls’ gifts—Any mom of a tween knows that young girls change their preferences almost as often as they change clothes. Blossom Girl keeps up with these changing trends so moms don’t have to, offering the perfect gift for birthdays, Christmases, and more. Currently, Blossom Girl offers a 3-D nail art kit, a wood jewelry spinner, and hair mascara, along with many other items.
  •     Accessories—Tween girls love wearing pretty things. Blossom Girl sells scarves in a variety of colors and styles in their Mandeville store, with a small sampling available online. Plus, there’s a wide variety of sunglasses and purses.
  •     Skincare—During the pre-teen years, girls have a unique set of skincare concerns, including acne and excess oil. Blossom Girl carries a line of face cleansers and moisturizers that can both provide good skin and protection from the elements.
  •     Hair accessories—Now available online is a large variety of barrettes, headbands, and ponytail holders. Many more hairbows and headband styles are available in the store.

For those who live near Mandeville or customers who might be passing through in the coming months, Blossom Girl’s redesigned site provides clearer directions and contact information if you need to call with questions. In addition to a great shopping experience, Blossom Girl also regularly hosts tween parties, making it an ideal place for a birthday party or other celebration.

Blossom Girl specializes in offerings for students between the ages of 7 and 14, with each item prescreened to ensure it will be parent-approved. Parsons know parents are challenged to compete with some of the skimpy clothing that is in fashion today. She removes that challenge by ensuring those items aren’t in the store when families arrive.

Blossom Girl is located at 1281 N. Causeway, Suite #3 in Mandeville. To learn more about the store or check out its product offerings, visit http://www.blossomgirl.com/.
