National Geographic Fellow, author and professional chef, Barton Seaver, joins The Fairmont Chateau Whistler’s culinary team for a sustainable seafood demonstration featuring sardines, anchovies and herring. As an executive chef, Seaver opened seven restaurants in the United States and gained critical acclaim for his environmentally friendly menus.
