Progressive Medical Receives URAC Workers' Compensation and Property and Casualty Pharmacy Benefit Management Accreditation
Westerville, Ohio (PRWEB) October 04, 2013 -- Progressive Medical announced today that it once again has been awarded Workers' Compensation and Property and Casualty Pharmacy Benefit Management Accreditation from URAC, a Washington, DC-based health care accrediting organization that establishes quality standards for the health care industry.

The standards cover clinical staff credentialing and oversight, quality improvement, pharmacy distribution channel management, formulary development and management, customer service and regulatory compliance.
In addition to URAC accreditation, Progressive Medical is an SSAE 16 service organization and complies with the Health Information Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) in securing protected health information and client data.
