New Fundraiser for Nonprofits, Schools Comes to Triad
Winston-Salem, NC (PRWEB) October 04, 2013 -- A new method to raise money is now available to groups in the Winston-Salem, High Point and Greensboro area.
The hCard “show and save” discount card is offering a 100 percent fundraising opportunity to Triad schools, teams, religious organizations and nonprofits that need to raise money for community causes.
Organizations can keep 100 percent of the proceeds raised by reaching out and referring their favorite local businesses to be listed in The hCard Directory. The ad is free for these limited referrals, though a $49 activation fee applies. An organization will receive 10 extra hCards to sell if a business upgrades from the free ad to a Featured Mobile Ad.
The hCard® mobile app and discount card offer unlimited local and nationwide savings, year-round, to members at stores, restaurants, salons and much more. Mobile app discounts are free to members of the military and veterans when they download Military Discounts. When the hCard is sold during the organization’s initial fundraiser, 100 percent of the proceeds go to the organization.
“Using the 100 percent fundraiser, organizations can earn enough funds to buy computers and help raise the level of education, or give a child a chance to go on a mission trip,” said hCard President Sandra Burnett. “Organizations sign up and refer businesses, and once local value is established, hCards can be sold for only $20. Within four weeks, an organization can meet their fundraising goals depending on local support. Each participating organization also has a chance to win an iPad or 100 extra hCards!”
Groups who presently participate in our online fundraising program include MADD, Hospice and the SPCA.
