MoneyDesktop, a provider of personal financial management (PFM), data analytics and marketing solutions for banks and credit unions, joined an elite group of companies when it was honored for a fourth-straight time with a Finovate Best of Show award during FinovateFall 2013 in New York City. During its seven minute demo, the company also announced that it has seen an increase of more than 4,300 percent in recurring monthly revenue over the last two years.
MoneyDesktop was recognized at FinovateFall based partially on enhancements to its PFM and data analytics platforms, including the launch of GuideMe, a long-term goal setting tool that helps account holders set, track and achieve significant financial milestones. The company also announced the availability of check images in the transaction view of its PFM and introduced Spending Over Time, a feature that allows account holders to identify spending trends in categories and graph them over time. In addition, MoneyDesktop also announced that it will begin providing financial institutions of all sizes with data cleansing, categorization and classification services.
Along with the additions to its PFM offerings, MoneyDesktop announced the opening of its robust API. MoneyDesktop partner organizations can now gain real-time access to account holder data that is categorized and cleansed to provide a clearer understanding of transactions. Industry innovator Moven will be one of the first organizations to access the MoneyDesktop real-time API in this way.
"We are humbled and honored to be awarded another Finovate Best of Show award,” said Ryan Caldwell, CEO and founder of MoneyDesktop. “Our entire team has worked extremely hard to help PFM take the industry’s first step on the inevitable journey of looking forward and not just providing a stagnant evaluation of the past. Each of the products introduced during FinovateFall were designed to help the industry move ahead; as pushing the industry forward has driven MoneyDesktop to this point, and we will continue working tirelessly toward this goal.”
