Local and State Elected Officials to Address AAHOA Membership
Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) October 02, 2013 -- The Asian American Hotel Owner’s Association (AAHOA) will host its Southwest Regional Conference at Sheraton Phoenix Airport Hotel-Tempe on Thursday, October 3, 2013. The Southwest Region includes over 300 members who live within the area and the association anticipates more than 150 attendees at the conference to discuss issues important to small businesses and the hospitality industry.
The Regional Conference and Trade Show will feature education sessions on relevant topics such as Obamacare and an exhibitor trade show throughout the day with the AAHOA Business Meeting beginning at 6:00 p.m. Special guest speakers will include Congressman Paul A. Gosar, Mayor Christian Price of Maricopa and City Council Candidate Kate Gallego. The speakers will address the membership on hospitality industry topics and discuss ways Arizona is supporting tourism, economic development and the industry as a whole. Also in attendance will be our esteemed Officers including Chairman Mehul Patel, Principal with NewcrestImage in Dallas; Vice Chairman Pratik Patel, President of JMP Hospitality in San Antonio; Treasurer Jimmy Patel, President of JAM Hospitality in Statesville, NC; and Secretary Bruce Patel, Owner/Operator of SABDAP, LLC in Irving, TX.
The conference will be held at The Sheraton Phoenix Airport Hotel-Tempe located at 1600 S. 52nd St. Tempe, AZ 85281.
