Appoxee, a fast growing mobile app engagement platform, announced today that it raised $1.8 million in additional seed funding, led by Lazarus Israel Opportunities Fund and Moshe Lichtman and included existing investors Cyhawk Ventures and Oryzn Capital, bringing total funding to $2.4 million. Based in Tel Aviv, Israel, Appoxee is quickly becoming a leading platform amongst app publishers, delivering nearly half a billion push notifications and rich messages to iOS and Android users each month. The new funding will go towards scaling product development and expanding operations in the US, with plans to open an office in San Francisco by end of year.
