Mark is a 30-year youth ministry veteran and also the former president of Youth Specialists. He has published more than 50 books, including; A Parent’s Guide to Understanding Social Media: Help your Teenager Navigate Life Online, My Faith (Middle School Survival Series), Understanding Your Young Teen: Practical Wisdom for Parents and more.
In 2010, Mark launched the Youth Ministry Coaching Program and The Youth Cartel a ministry designed to be a resourcing organization that specializes in helping churches and ministries connect with teenagers, young adults and youth workers.
Adam is a lifelong students of youth ministry, a veteran youth pastor and mentor to an ever-expanding web of students and adults. The previous owner of Youth Ministry Exchange, an online resource for youth workers, Adam is now part of the team at Youth Specialists beginning in 2008.
Adam led Youth Specialties in a wide array of initiatives to help expand the company’s use of email marketing, online marketing, social media, and mobile application development. In 2011, Adam left Youth Specialists and joined Youth Cartel which is a full service consulting firm. Youth Cartel specializes in helping churches, businesses and ministries connect with teenagers, young adults, and youth workers.

Central Christian Church has structured their congregation on a platform of Gather, Grow and Go. Gathering on Sunday morning to celebrate our lives in Jesus.
