Comcast is looking to the future for growth opportunities. Residential areas for voice, TV, and Internet have all been saturated and growth has slowed tremendously. The new market is going to be small business. It is estimated that the major cable companies will compete and grab 10-18% of this market by the year’s end. The new approach at reaching the SMB market is a unique way in which Comcast can expand its reach.
