Capstone On-Campus Management Grows Portfolio with Management of Campus Town at The College of New Jersey
Birmingham, AL (PRWEB) October 04, 2013 -- Capstone On-Campus Management is pleased to announce it has been awarded management responsibilities for the student housing facilities in the Campus Town complex at The College of New Jersey. This exciting project opens in the spring of 2015 and will offer 446 Junior and Senior TCNJ students the opportunity to live in a 1-, 2-, or 4-bedroom apartment. Students in the community will have direct access to new retails stores, restaurants, an 11,500 square foot fitness center, and many other amenities and features.
TCNJ President, Dr. R. Barbara Gitenstein, praised the project at the September 27 groundbreaking ceremony as one that “will enhance the living and learning environments” that will help TCNJ students “excel while they are in college and help them reach their highest goals after they graduate.” N.J. Governor Chris Christie echoed that sentiment as he addressed the TCNJ staff and faculty, students, public officials, and many others in attendance to commemorate the tremendous project by saying “I share in your pride today!” Governor Christie went on to tout the many accolades of the project and TCNJ itself, calling the institution “one of the gems of higher education.”
Campus Town is being developed by PRC Group, a multi-faceted real estate development and services provider located in Long Branch, NJ. Greg Lentine, Vice President of PRC Group, spoke of the partnership between Capstone On-Campus and PRC as a “great collaboration, that will bring the best of student housing providers together” for this long anticipated project that was made possible by the New Jersey Economic Stimulus Act of 2009. “We are excited to be a part of the PRC Group team for this project,” said Doug Brown, president of Capstone On-Campus Management. “Our goal is to manage this new housing in a manner that enhances the overall learning experience of the TCNJ students.”
