The Steven and Le Ann Cyr Family Charitable Fund have become sponsors of the Teed-Off At Cancer event.

The Cyr Family is big on children! They just recently opened the Children’s Orthopaedic and Spine Institute in order to bring the best doctors to help children’s needs. The Steven and Le Ann Cyr Family Charitable Fund was approached through their hospital about the Teed-Off At Cancer organization. An organized charity golf event in support to help families of cancer victims as well as finding a cure for cancer. All proceeds go to the American Cancer Society, CTRC and Wings.

The event has become one of the largest charity cancer events in San Antonio. When Le Ann and Steve first heard of this event they were intrigued. They imminently became sponsors as soon as they learned that the profits go to children. Being an extremely family oriented couple, the Cyr’s couldn’t imagine having a child with cancer and wanted to help families struggling with such a terrible circumstance. The Cyr Family Charitable Fund’s mission is to return their blessings to others in any way they can. Their organization's singular purpose is to build our youth into adults with strong minds, bodies and spirits. With becoming sponsors of the Teed-Off at Cancer organization the Cyr Family Charitable Fund will be able to do just that starting with strengthening a child's body and bringing up their spirit.

The Cyr’s wanted to do more than just attend the event. They talked to the Teed-Off at Cancer Organization and became their entertainment sponsor. The Teed-Off event was amazing. After a great success at the golf tournament and a great turn out at the Duck Dynasty themed Casino night, The Children’s Hospital of San Antonio received a $129,733.24 check. What a blessing it was to give back to these children suffering from cancer. The Cyr Family Charitable Fund is proud to be a sponsor of such a wonderful and successful event and wishes to help all the children they can.
