Dr. Kashif Siddiqi, Dr. Aaron VanHise and Cornell Hunt will be on the October 6th edition of WOR's HealthNavigator, a health and wellness radio show on WOR710 sponsored by Raritan Bay Medical Center. Hosted by Abe Kasbo, the hour-long show airs every Sunday at 10PM.

Dr.Kashif Siddiqi, a pain management specialist and part of the Human Motion Institute at Raritan Bay Medical Center, will be discussing what types of patients can most benefit from pain management. He will also explain how a pain management treatment plan is formulated for each patient. Dr. Siddiqi will also explain the facts and myths surrounding pain medication, its effectiveness and its risks.

Dr. Aaron VanHise, a cardiologist at Raritan Bay Medical Center, will be explaining what it means to be suffering from heart disease. He will offer steps to take to prevent or manage the disease. Dr. VanHise will also explain the research behind vitamin D recommendations and how to understand what those cholesterol numbers are actually telling you.

Cornell Hunt, a personal fitness and strength trainer, will discuss getting lean, building confidence, decreasing body fat, and learning how to live a healthier lifestyle. Cornell takes a different approach to exercise and will explain why slow and steady always wins the race.
