Ana Melikian, PhD, BCC, ACC, and Elite Level Book Yourself Solid Coach, joined Entrepreneur Magazine's Thought Leaders Joanna Lord, Chief Marketing Officer at Seattle-based BigDoor, and New York Times best-selling author Michael Port to explore bold new approaches to the art of selling.

Ana Melikian, PhD, BCC, ACC, and Elite Level Book Yourself Solid Coach, was a panel member at Entrepreneur Magazine's Thought Leaders Live Event in Miami on September 11, 2013. Ana works with self-employed professionals who don't like to engage in marketing and selling. Her background is in psychology, having earned a doctoral degree and two masters degrees in psychotherapy. She has a unique way of using metaphors to help her clients shift to a more positive mindset in order to avoid procrastinating about sales conversations and to overcome the fear of hearing "no."

Michael Port, New York Times best-selling author of Book Yourself Solid, Beyond Booked Solid, The Contrarian Effect and The Thing Big Manifesto. He is also the creator of the 4-Part Sales Formula for simple selling to book business. Michael opened the event with a keynote about the Book Yourself Solid system.

Joanna Lord, Chief Marketing Officer at Seattle-based BigDoor, a customer loyalty technology startup. She is also a social-media enthusiast and frequent conference speaker on topics ranging from performance marketing, inbound marketing, data analysis and retention programs.

Colleen Debaise, Special Projects Director at Entrepreneur.com. Colleen brought her unique perspective to the discussion and delving into opportunities and questions voiced by small-business owners when growing their business.
