Leadership Expert Anese Cavanaugh Coming to San Francisco
Sacramento, Calif. (PRWEB) October 09, 2013 -- Anese Cavanaugh, leadership and collaboration expert, strategist, advisor, and thinking partner for business leaders, and creator of the IEP Method, is bringing her IEP Live! course to San Francisco.
The IEP Live! course will teach business leaders the tools they need to engage people via their presence, mindset, and leadership. IEP (Intentional Energetic Presence) is about creating influence and impact on purpose. It’s about bringing their best self to the table. It’s designed to help business leaders not only sustain themselves, but to delight in themselves. It’s about being able to intentionally create the results they want, and the impact they most desire — by choice and by the way they show up. It is about being a leader who’s a leader not because of “title” but because of his or her innate ability to inspire and engage people via their presence, their mindset, and their leadership.
“I very rarely do these types of ‘open enrollment style’ events,” said Anese Cavanaugh. "My events, 99 percent of the time, are reserved for private clients and organizational work in companies like IDEO, Cooper, Zingerman’s, Doorsteps and CitiGroup. However, we’ve had enough requests from people over the last few years who want to learn about intentional energetic presence and leadership – outside of big organizational initiatives – that we decided to offer this series.”
This seminar is designed to help people significantly shift their ability to:
• Create intentional impact
• Lead their teams
• Grow their relationships
• Build cultures of innovation, collaboration, and purpose
“Anese has an absolute enthusiasm and passion for what she does. She’s helping change the way people interact with each other and doing it from a very interpersonal level,” said Sacramento FOX 40 News Anchor and seminar attendee Bethany Crouch. “I’ve attended other meetings and workshops where you sit in the audience and you are being talked at—this was more of a conversation.”
“Anese brings a wealth of experience, knowledge, enthusiasm, and passion. How I am going to show up in the world will be shifted because of these last few hours of time we were able to spend together,” Bethany Crouch added.
IEP Live! will take place at The Ferry Building in San Francisco on October 15 and 16. To register and find more details about the IEP seminar, please visit http://www.iepmethod.com/engage-with-iep/.
