Dave & Buster’s, a leading dining and entertainment chain with 65 locations across the United States, has selected Proxomo Software, Inc.'s Mobile Restaurant Management app to support broad-based operations and reporting improvements across the company’s retail sites. The Proxomo solution will support Dave & Buster’s by delivering operational process efficiencies and enhanced reporting as the company continues to expand across North America.

The Mobile Restaurant Management app allows managers to more easily conduct readiness reports, store audits, incident reports, food temperature compliance and training in a roles-based environment. The solution also includes a web console that allows an administrator to manage users, track and monitor responses from the field, and identify issues at the store level. With many restaurant applications focused primarily on customer interaction and wait staff efficiency, Proxomo’s app was developed with a focus on managing kitchen and supply chain activities.

The unique experience offered by Dave and Buster’s locations, combining dining, drinking and gaming in a 30,000 to 40,000 square foot environment, lends itself to mobile apps that improve process efficiencies and speed reporting across the enterprise. In particular, the Mobile Restaurant Management app will allow Dave & Buster’s to better track food, safety, and training compliance and deliver real time store analytics to help make more timely and insightful operational and inventory decisions.
