All Shows Leases 4,645-Square-Feet at the International Corporate Center of Rye
Rye, NY (PRWEB) October 08, 2013 -- All Shows LLC, a premier ticket vendor in the New York metropolitan area, recently relocated its corporate headquarters, signing a lease for 4,645-square-feet at the International Corporate Center of Rye. Faros Properties, a New York commercial real estate investment firm with properties in Westchester, NY, Fairfield County, CT, and Pittsburgh, PA, acquired the three-story, 170,000-square-foot property at 555 Theodore Fremd Avenue in 2011 and has since fully renovated the structure and added more than a dozen tenants.
All Shows, known as “New York’s ticket source since 1989,” provides customers with a personalized ticket buying and event experience, combining convenient ticket delivery with strategic venue partnerships and exclusive restaurant and hospitality offerings. All Shows offerings include local, national and international sporting events, concerts and theater productions. The company has won numerous awards from industry associations and the clients it serves.

The lease was brokered by Greg Frisoli and Larry Ruggieri, both Managing Directors at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, who represented Faros Properties in the transaction.
“We viewed many different spaces, but after seeing this one and meeting with the remarkable management, we were sold,” Pierri said. “We have great owners and management, a large gym which our employees enjoy, a café that serves breakfast and lunch, a view of the fountains and waterfalls on the property, and a quick walk from the train station. We have found a home here.”
