ZeroTurnaround Announces Winners of 2013 Developer’s Bucket List Campaign
Boston, Mass. (PRWEB) October 08, 2013 -- ZeroTurnaround, the company helping software eat the world faster, today announced the winners of its highly regarded three-month Developer’s Bucket List contest – scoring one of three incredible getaways. The winners of the inaugural promotion are:
• Alexandre Bedrytski from Atos in France
• Matthew Kahn from Accenture in the U.S.
• Aneta Stepien from Comarch in Poland
Winners had the option of visiting CERN in Switzerland to check out the Large Hadron Collider (LHC), attending CES 2014 in Las Vegas or the Kennedy Space Center in Orlando. All three winners selected to visit CERN and will be headed to Switzerland with a guest – with flight, hotel, event tickets and transportation costs covered by ZeroTurnaround.
“We’re excited to send all of our winners to see one of the great engineering milestones of mankind first hand,” said Jevgeni Kabanov, Founder and CEO of ZeroTurnaround. “To date, this has been one of our most successful and well-received promotions from the community and we’re looking forward to hearing more about the adventure from our winners once they return home.”
“The opportunity to go to CERN and see the LHC in person is a dream I’ve had for a long time, and now thanks to ZeroTurnaround, it’s about to come true,” said Aneta Stepien, Senior Java Developer at Comarch SA and winner of the 2013 Developer’s Bucket List contest. “I’ve been using ZeroTurnaround’s JRebel technology for a few months now and I can honestly say is the best Java tool out there. JRebel's ability to change code dynamically and maintain state makes coding in Java so much easier.”
“ZeroTurnaround’s JRebel significantly improves the way I code and what I can accomplish in a day by simply eliminating the need to redeploy,” said Bedrytski Aliaksandr, software engineer at Worldline, an Atos company and winner of the 2013 Developer’s Bucket List contest. “I’d recommend it to every Java developer out there.”
Throughout the Developer’s Bucket List contest participants were eligible simply by activating a free trial of JRebel. Once completed, participants had an opportunity to increase their odds of winning by recommending JRebel to other Java developers looking to eliminate redeploys.
Congratulations to this year’s winners!
