ReOptix™ will completely change the way property is marketed and sold, moving away from the presentation of 'dead worlds' to exceptional quality, immersive visualization at an affordable cost for the first time.
Houston (PRWEB) October 08, 2013
Commercial real estate technology veteran Mark Kingston, partner of The Pavonis Group, announced today the launch of ReOptix™, which delivers interactive 3D visualization, creating virtual properties to drive efficiencies in property marketing, selection, occupation and management. ReOptix™ is a joint venture between Pavonis and Iomnis Surveillance Solutions, a leading provider of immersive 3D technology with over 12 years of imaging expertise.
Set to dramatically enhance property marketing and workspace planning, ReOptix™ utilizes leading edge technology to create interactive experiences for real estate developers, brokers, occupiers and owners. Developers and brokers will now be able to deliver an immersive, interactive walk-through of their properties while occupiers and owners will be able to better visualize spaces and manipulate them to get the best fit for their operations. More than the traditional fixed location panoramic views of space, the ReOptix™ approach allows the viewer to easily navigate and interact within the virtual environment as if you were there.
The new service is led by real estate executives including Kingston, former CEO of Argus Software, along with Ted Stratis, former Head of Technology at ING Global Real Estate Investment Management; Jeffrey Finn, former CEO of NAI Global; and Ken Harrison, former CEO of Colliers International Valuation and Advisory Services, among a team of Pavonis Group Partners and Iomnis executives.
“The vision of Pavonis,” said Kingston, “is to create a comprehensive offering of integrated technology, data and services to materially increase the liquidity of the global real estate industry. ReOptix™ is our first step in a process that will completely change the way property is marketed and sold forever, moving away from the presentation of “dead worlds” to exceptional quality, immersive visualization at an affordable cost for the first time.
“Real estate is the largest asset class on the planet, and can often be the most expensive purchase an individual or company can make in their lives. ReOptix™ means we can better inform the buyer and shorten the sales cycle – a serious development for the commercial real estate world,” he added.
The ReOptix™ platform offers multiple solutions for property marketing and development including:
- A property tour system
- Interactive 3-D, virtual properties for any property type. The virtual tours can be created from simple drawings with approximated dimensions or from imported 3D AutoCAD, BIM or Revit files for precise delivery of Base Finish, Medium, High and Ultra-High Quality levels.
- A suite of integration services such as APIs, plug-ins, and web
- Building modeling and simulation services
Ted Stratis, Jeffrey Finn and Ken Harrison will be exhibiting at the 2013 Expo Real in Munich, Germany this month where invited guests will be able to experience the interactive walk-through technology firsthand.
“We are excited to share our vision with the international property community,” said Kingston. “In revolutionizing the way we can experience space, we are providing a comprehensive offering to real estate clients that can ultimately change the way they do business and the speed of the property lifecycle.”
