Day 2 of Henry Schein Career Development Course in Atlanta was presented by Herbert L. Drayton III, President of Vertical Holdings, LLC and Vice President and Health Services Administrator for the Carolina Center for Occupational Health located in Charleston, South Carolina.
Herbert explored and presented on the sights and sounds of a medical practice in transformation. The audience had an opportunity to ask the things they always wanted to know about practice management, but were afraid to. He discussed the role of innovation and how it drives culture change and profitability.
