As the world of mobile technology continues to become an increasingly important part of daily life, Smart Destinations’ customers are relying upon their mobile devices while traveling for driving directions, hotel reservations, and more.
Now, with the Instant Delivery option for the Go Oahu Card, travelers to Hawaii can use their mobile devices for admission to attractions, too. This new option allows travelers to display the Go Oahu Card as a QR code on a mobile device, or instantly print the pass out for convenient admission to any included attraction.
With the expansion of the Instant Delivery option on the West Coast over the last few months, Smart Destinations has already offered travelers to San Diego and Los Angeles the opportunity to purchase and instantly download mobile versions of their popular Go City Cards. Since the mobile version of the Go City Card became available in those markets earlier this year, the majority of Smart Destinations travelers to the West Coast has chosen that virtual option and benefit from printing their passes at their convenience or just displaying them on their smartphones at the attractions.
“By offering Instant Delivery of the Go Oahu Card, we’re giving travelers the ability to use this popular product without having to wait for a shipment or coordinate a pick-up location,” said Kathy Stafford, Regional Director with Smart Destinations. “It’s ideal for last-minute vacations and easy travel planning.”
The mobile version of the Go Oahu Card includes all of the same benefits as the physical Go City Card – including skip-the-line bonuses, extra discounts, and special included extras – with the additional benefit of Instant Delivery. This Instant Delivery option for Go Oahu Cards will be particularly convenient for international travelers, who can purchase the pass without worrying about the costs and delays of shipping. The pass can be displayed on a mobile device or printed and can be used immediately after purchase.
