Verde Martin Offers Sales Analyst Certification Course in Partnership with South Suburban College of Chicago

2 ½-month course to be held at Chicago’s South Suburban College teaches new sales analysts how to help businesses accelerate sales.

Jill Slupe, president of sales audit and sales acceleration services provider Verde Martin, announced Verde Martin and South Suburban College will offer a sales audit workshop in Chicago, Illinois, to teach organizations how to conduct sales audits for the products and services of any business. Titled Accelerate Sales, the five-part workshop will span two-and-a-half months, with the first session beginning on January 10th and the final class taking place on March 7th. The classes will be led jointly by Slupe and Mary Erlain, Verde Martin's lead auditor and trainer in the Chicago area. The course will be held at South Suburban College's Business and Career institute.

According to Slupe, companies implementing a professional Verde Martin sales analysis have experienced sales acceleration of an average 30%. In the workshop, Slupe and Erlain will lead participants step-by-step through the sales analysis process, which will result in a strategic sales plan, tactical findings and key performance indicators to measure success.

Attendees are expected to include business owners and sales and marketing professionals who want to accelerate sales in their own companies, as well as business coaches and others who want to offer sales analysis as a service to other businesses. Individuals who complete the course will receive a certificate verifying they are a Certified Sales Auditor.

“It is exciting to offer this powerful tool to companies that want to boost sales,” Slupe said. “Students will be able to complete audits as many times as needed for their organization, or even start a career providing this under-utilized service to customers. Not every company does this, and that gives those who do it the upper hand in the marketplace.” Slupe said the workshop includes practical exercises that apply to every business.

The course is divided into five individual classes: Intro to the Sales Audit Process, Steps of the Sale, Marketing, Talent Management and Systems, and Measuring Results.
