Reed Construction Data, leading provider of construction information in North America, announced a significant investment in personnel to drive Reed’s new strategies to a customer-focused, tailored enterprise and corporate sales approach.

In addition to nearly doubling the sales and account management teams, Reed is implementing organization-wide changes.

Steve Ritchie, Senior Vice President of Sales at Reed, is driving the creation and direction of the company’s Enterprise Solutions and Corporate Sales teams.

“Our new teams bring laser-sharp focus to our customers, so we can meet their diverse needs in ways never before possible,” said Steve Ritchie. “Our sales force is simply second to none, and our teams are now concentrated effectively to take exciting new solutions directly to our customers.”

The new Enterprise Solutions group provides customized solutions using the combined resources of Reed’s data, technology and intelligence. Daimon Bridge has been promoted to Vice President of this new group. The Corporate Sales group combines the company’s strategic and inside sales teams to present customers with a cohesive new unit and seamless core message. Derek Dean has been promoted to Vice President of this streamlined new team.

Reed’s marketing group is also creating changes to bring more focus on the customer.

To lead the company’s marketing efforts in bringing new products and services to market, Reed has named David Ward as chief marketing officer, a role new to the company. Ward is a specialist in business development activities, with experience in leading teams through the entire growth cycle. He joins Reed from parent company, Reed Business Information.

“Reed as a company is increasing our investment in our people, as well as our customers,” stated Ward. “We are creating teams who can provide our customers the best possible support and representation, with leadership that can make great things happen.”

Reed will be revealing inventive new products and important changes throughout the year, with special product launches at the Greenbuild convention in November.

“From innovative products to feature sets and the industry’s best teams, Reed is working to provide unmatched value to our customers’ businesses and to each customer’s unique needs,” stated Ritchie.
