Clinovations Welcomes Three Industry Experts to the Business Development and Ambulatory Services Teams
Washington, DC (PRWEB) October 08, 2013 -- Clinovations, LLC has expanded its Ambulatory and Business Development teams to include three industry experts. Brian Morton joins the team as Vice President of Physician Networks, bringing more than 20 years’ experience in practice management, management consulting, physician revenue cycle management, network development, and financial management. Kim Tombragel and Robin Walters will lead the sales team as Senior Vice President of Business Development and Business Development Manager, respectively. Mr. Tombragel will be responsible for leading the business development and strategic growth within the firm’s Provider, Life Sciences, and Payer sectors, while Ms. Walters will be assisting in the growth and network development of the firm’s Ambulatory services and capabilities.

Mr. Morton is an established healthcare executive and leader, with a proven-track record in the Provider/Ambulatory space. He most recently served as the interim COO for a major physician network, responsible for all operations of 1,400 providers in 350 clinics across 16 states. His past accomplishments include leading large-scale EHR implementations, redesigning revenue cycle workflow, and creating physician governance models to align with health system strategic growth initiatives and financial viability goals. Mr. Morton holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science from Franklin University.
Mr. Tombragel brings more than 23 years’ experience in the healthcare industry with expertise in providing consulting and business development leadership, project direction, and account management oversight. He recently served as the Area Vice President for maxIT-Vitalize, where he led sales for the Mid-Atlantic region. Mr. Tombragel has held leadership positions at a number of respected companies including Vitalize Consulting Solutions and CTG HealthCare Solutions. Mr. Tombragel received his Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Louisiana Tech University.
Ms. Walters brings nearly 25 years’ experience in business development and account management to the firm. Prior to joining Clinovations, she served as the Business Development Manager at Halley Consulting, where she helped grow the firm’s national presence, client list, and overall revenue. Prior to Halley Consulting, Ms. Walters spent six years as a business-to-business account manager for a regional telecommunications firm where she received numerous top sales awards during her tenure. Ms. Walter’s received her Master's in Marketing/Communications from Franklin University and her Bachelor's in Human Development/Social Welfare from Antioch College.
