(PRWEB UK) 14 October 2013 -- Due to a period of rapid growth and expansion, Sanderson, a leading national recruitment organisation (an RSG group company), opened its Cardiff office in October this year. This move will enable Sanderson to offer its expertise in IT, Financial and Business Change recruitment to the surrounding areas of Cardiff, working with household names, internationally recognised brands and SMEs to provide recruitment solutions to both our clients and candidates.
Sanderson is also celebrating its first year of trading in Edinburgh. Building on the company’s success in the South West and South East of England and responding to customer demands, Sanderson opened its Edinburgh office in September last year.
Andrew Morton, Director of Sanderson Edinburgh office, comments: “The Scottish capital is home to a number of our key clients and is the second largest financial services centre outside of London. With many large organisations based nearby, Edinburgh retains a loyal business community and a friendly feel, making it an excellent place for Sanderson to be based.
"The first year has exceeded our expectations! We have grown a strong team and achieved 120% market growth. I attribute this success to our relationship-based approach and understanding of our markets. With the Scottish job market continuing to improve across all sectors (an unemployment rate of 7.4% compared to the UK average of 7.7%), I am looking to further develop our customer base in the area and bring organic growth to the business”.
Mike Beesley, CEO, RSG says: “The past year has seen excellent growth in revenues across all of our group businesses and our turnover continues to increase despite the still unstable economic situation. Our investment in opening the Cardiff and Edinburgh offices has strengthened our already successful national offering, and we remain committed to delivering the best service to our customers and look forward to a successful and exciting future ahead.”
