Those that have visited CraigArmstrongDDS.com in the past may have noticed that the website has gotten a facelift. The website recently underwent a complete redesign that focused on both the visual appeal and improved functionality for users.
“Our website is a huge part of our business,” said Dr. Craig Armstrong, DDS. “It’s how clients get to know us, and we wanted to make sure that the website was as inviting as our office.”
The previous darker color palette has been replaced with a lighter, fresher look that better reflects the aesthetics of their office. Website visitors will also find it easier to navigate through the site, which includes more pages of information and access to the company blog.
Users can now easily schedule an appointment using the new Appointment Request Form. Prior to the website redesign patients had to call the office to make an appointment. This was less convenient for the patients and more time consuming for the staff. “The addition of the online appointment form allows the staff to give more attention to our patients that are in the office. It also gives our patients more control over the scheduling process,” added Dr. Armstrong.
Patients can choose to schedule an appointment on a certain day of the week and pick their preferred time of day. There is also an additional section that patients can use to enter details or questions related to the appointment.
