Studley's Commitment to the Arts Strengthened with CAM Raleigh Partnership
Raleigh, NC (PRWEB) October 09, 2013 -- Studley, the leading commercial real estate services firm specializing in tenant representation and a longtime patron of the arts, proudly sponsors Surveying the Terrain, an exhibit at CAM Raleigh, the Contemporary Art Museum in North Carolina.
“Art is an integral part of Studley’s corporate culture and we are proud to continue this tradition in Raleigh,” said Tim Capps, Senior Vice President and Branch Manager of Studley’s Raleigh office. “It is an honor for us to have the opportunity to support the museum in this way by bringing such distinguished artists to our community.”
Studley is a proud supporter of the arts, featuring an extensive art collection throughout the offices. Each year, Studley produces a holiday gift book which curates work from a chosen artist. The book is available to Studley employees and is sent to clients throughout the holiday season.
Surveying the Terrain at CAM Raleigh will explore how ten contemporary artists are using maps, mapping technologies, cartography, surveying, science and politics to create artworks. Renowned artists in the exhibition include Vik Muniz, Laura Kurgan, Maya Lin and Alfredo Jaar. The exhibition with works of photography, sculpture, light installation and video is curated by Dan Solomon and will be on view October 4, 2013 – January 13, 2014.
