Online Referral Marketing Software Expect Referrals announced this week a reseller program for marketing firms, agencies and consultants.
Participants will be selected based on a few criteria. The partners that are selected will work closely with Expect Referral's CEO, Jody Layne and the other program participants. Partners will have access to an array of additional features that are not currently available to general subscribers including a custom domain, custom templates and discount volume pricing. Plus, there will be sales training and sales material given out. For the first users it is all free of charge.
When asked why Expect Referrals decided to create the referral marketing reseller group, Jody said, "Online Referral marketing, especially through social media, as a medium is still in its initial stages. Businesses have so many options on how to market their product or service that it can become very overwhelming and introducing something new can be a challenge. We want to work directly with agencies that have the time and the experience to quickly implement a complimentary referral campaign to help their clients. We know a lot about referral marketing and they know what their clients need. When we work together, we will be able to help a lot more companies succeed than if we worked alone."
Expect Referrals had been the star project of the marketing agency that Jody owned at the time. She sold her share in the marketing agency to her partner in November 2011 to focus 100% of her time on Expect Referrals. Since January 2012, Jody and her co-founder and CTO Jamie Layne have focused on making Expect Referrals the most affordable and robust referral marketing platform. "My years of experience serving clients in an agency environment makes us uniquely qualified to coach others on how to sell referral marking and why our platform is so lead and marketing specific." continued Jody. "We don't just know software, we know the tools agencies need to be successful.
Although the co-founders at Expect Referrals may have come from the agency environment, they don't claim to know it all. At first, they will be asking resellers a lot of questions to learn what they need from the platform to make it the right tool for them to use.
