Rhinebeck, NY (PRWEB) October 08, 2013 -- At The 0+ Festival, taking place Oct 11-13 in Kingston, NY, participating artists exchange their contributions for health and wellness services from art-loving doctors, dentists, and other medical providers. Joe Concra, the co-founder of The O+ Festival, explains:
