Bernardo Springs Homeowners’ Association Selects PCM of California, Inc. as Managing Agent

PCM will develop San Diego association’s first website, other needed Internet technology solutions.

The Bernardo Springs Board of Directors needed to significantly enhance the community’s Internet technology and Web services, an area of expertise that clearly differentiates PCM from its competitors.

PCM of California, Inc. (PCM), an Associa company, and the leading provider of professional management services throughout southern California, has been named the new community management agency for the Bernardo Springs Homeowners’ Association.

Located in San Diego’s Rancho Bernardo community, Bernardo Springs is the latest homeowners’ association to be added to PCM’s growing San Diego county portfolio this year. PCM now manages 63 communities throughout the county.

As the property management company for Bernardo Springs, PCM will serve as the managing agent to the Association’s Board of Directors, providing budget guidance, state-of-the-art web and IT management and support services, project coordination as well as oversight of all vendors for various services such as landscaping and painting.

One of the first tasks for PCM, which assumed management of the 212-home community on October 1, is to develop the community’s first website.
