The Final Charity to Win $5000 from Grappone Cares is Announced
Concord, NH (PRWEB) October 10, 2013 -- For the Love of Dog won the final round of Grappone Cares. The $5,000 winner is located in Hillsboro and focuses on Rottweiler and Pit-bull rescues.
On October 7th Grappone Automotive Group hosted a Google+ live broadcast and announced For the Love of Dog as the final grand prize winner. For the Love of Dog will visit Grappone Automotive Group and be presented with the $5,000 check on October 16th at 10 a.m.
For the Love of Dog goes beyond rescuing Rottweiler’s and Pit-bulls; they also educate people about these breeds. Their program stretches from Florida to Maine and they open their doors to any breed of dog.
A total of 39 New Hampshire non-profits were nominated for the final round of Grappone Cares. During 2013 there were four rounds of Grappone Cares and one winner from every round received $5,000. All four rounds of Grappone Cares took place on the Grappone Automotive Group Facebook Page.
The first round took place in May; the winner was Live and Let Live Farm. The second round was in June and Sullivan County Humane Society was the winner. In July the third round concluded and the Spartan Junior Drum and Bugle Corp won.
Grappone Automotive Group and the Toyota Match Program partner up to make this contest possible. Grappone uses this contest as a chance to help broadcast and share all of the great charities in New Hampshire. In the beginning of 2014 Toyota will announce if this program will take place again.
