Kids II® Named a Best Place to Work by Atlanta Business Chronicle for Second Consecutive Year

This year, the Atlanta Business Chronicle selected the top 100 Best Places to Work from a nomination pool of 560 companies and organizations. Companies were nominated in one of three categories: small (10-100 employees), mid-size (101-500 employees), and large (501 employees or more in the metro area).
The 2013 Best Places to Work were named during a sold-out event at the Grand Hyatt Atlanta in Buckhead on September 13. This10th annual event showcased the companies earning the distinction as one of Atlanta's Best Places to Work. Awards were presented to the Top 10 in the large employer category, the Top 30 in the medium employer category, and the Top 60 in the small employer category. In its second consecutive year on the list, Kids II ranked at number 28 in the medium-size category.

To choose the winning companies, the Atlanta Business Chronicle partnered with independent research firm Quantum Analytics to determine the Best Places to Work in metro Atlanta. The companies surveyed the metro area’s employees on issues such as work environment, people practices and trust in their senior leaders. Only companies that received the most favorable ratings from their employees made the Best Places to Work list.
