Coventry (PRWEB UK) 11 October 2013
Customer Engagement specialists, Rapide have been named as a ‘Cool Vendor’ in the CRM, Customer Service and Social Space 2013(1) report by Gartner, Inc. Rapide is one of just five vendors recognised in the report for their innovative approaches, tools and technologies for creating positive customer service experiences.
Rapide offer two complementary solutions. Inform & Interact which allows brands to proactively communicate with their customers and employees at the moments that matter and Rant & Rave which lets them capture, understand and react to the corresponding feedback in real-time. Rapide call these moments ‘moments of truth’.
This recognition from Gartner comes just weeks after Rapide were announced as the only British finalist in the Temkin Group’s prestigious Customer Experience Vendor Excellence Awards. Rapide was set up in 2000 by Nigel Shanahan and has grown into one of the UK’s leading providers of customer engagement solutions to half of the FTSE, with clients that include Barclays, Manchester United, Premier Inn and National Grid.
“We’re thrilled to be named by Gartner as a ‘Cool Vendor,” said Nigel Shanahan, Rapide MD. “We’re committed to developing innovative solutions that enhance customer experience, drive competitive advantage and enable our clients to retain and grow their customer base. We’re delighted that an organisation as credible as Gartner has recognised our technology as fast to deploy, easy to use and cost effective and the good level of customer support we offer our clients.”
