Gluten-Free Living Magazine Announces Three-Day Conference
(PRWEB) October 11, 2013 -- For nearly 20 years, Gluten-Free Living has pursued a mission of helping others live a happy, healthy gluten-free life. Through the combination of our three brands, Gluten-Free Living magazine, Gluten-Free Saver and the Gluten-Free Living Conference, all with associated websites, e-newsletters and social media channels, our audience now consists of more than 400,000 gluten-free consumers. We are uniquely positioned to provide an experience that has yet to be delivered in the gluten-free community.
Gluten-Free Living’s renowned editorial team, along with medical and lifestyle experts, will present workshops, seminars and panel discussions on topics ranging from the new gluten-free labeling law to cooking and recipe development to common myths about the gluten-free diet. Attendees will have the chance to interact with Editor in Chief Amy Ratner, along with many of the magazine’s contributing writers and experts.
The keynote speaker at the Gluten-Free Living Conference will be world-renowned celiac disease expert Dr. Alessio Fasano. A distinguished pediatric gastroenterologist, Fasano is leading the way in celiac disease research and currently heads the Center for Celiac Research at Mass General Hospital in Boston, Mass., which sees both adult and pediatric patients. The Gluten-Free Living Conference will be partnering with the center, which, through ongoing clinical care, education and research, is helping health care professionals to recognize celiac disease and other gluten-related disorders and helping patients to better manage their care and symptoms.
The three-day show consists of:
April 4: Blogger Conference: A fun and educational networking event for food bloggers.
April 5 & 6: Gluten-Free Living Conference: Attendees will have the chance to sample and purchase gluten-free products, and attend seminars and panel discussions.
The conference will be held April 4-6, 2014 at the Doubletree by Hilton at the Entrance to Universal Orlando and is open to the public.
