Owned and organized by DFW Creative, #DigitalFashionWeek Singapore 2013 – British Exchange will showcase the best of Singapore’s fashion from 1st - 4th November 2013, to be held at the National Design Centre. 32 Singapore designers will participate in the event’s new format THE CATWALK SPACE and THE SHOWROOM SPACE, celebrating the creative and commercial importance of the Singapore fashion industry.
Legendary British supermodel Naomi Campbell will be walking for #DigitalFashionWeek Singapore 2013’s runway. One of the five original supermodels, Naomi Campbell was born in London and caught her break when she was 15 years old. She has graced the covers of more than 500 magazines during her career, and has been featured in campaigns for Burberry, Prada, Versace, Chanel, Dolce & Gabbana, Marc Jacobs, Louis Vuitton, Yves Saint Laurent and Valentino to name a few. Campbell was also the first black model to appear on the cover of Time magazine, French Vogue and Russian Vogue as well as the first British black model to appear on the cover of British Vogue.
At home on the runway, Campbell has showcased the collections of top designers including Chanel, Azzedine Alaia, Christian Dior and Versace, for whom she walked this summer in Paris for the first time in 14 years. Naomi continues to be a star attraction in many shows, most recently during NY Fashion week where she walked for Diane von Furstenberg.
In addition to maintaining her modelling work, Campbell serves as Executive Producer and on-camera mentor in the internationally acclaimed reality modelling series The Face. The Face recently completed filming the second series in the USA, with the first season of the UK version currently being transmitted and an Australian version soon to be filmed. Discussions are currently underway for other international versions of The Face.
This will mark Naomi Campbell’s Southeast Asia runway debut and her only stop in Asia for the Spring Summer 2014 season.

#DIGITALFASHIONWEEK SINGAPORE 2013 – BRITISH EXCHANGE
This year will mark the first #DigitalFashionWeek Singapore 2013's partnership with AMPed, a local music subscription service, to style the runway music and the runway playlists will be exclusively available on AMPed. There will be 12 catwalk shows, 22 showroom presentations, 8 on schedule events and 4 official after-parties. British High Commissioner to Singapore, Antony Phillipson, will open the Spring Summer 2014 season with a private hosted dinner on Thursday, 31st October 2013 at Eden Hall.

In addition, one top British fashion designer and British fashion personalities will be coming to Singapore as a part of the fashion week. They will be announced in due course.

THE CATWALK SPACE
Sven Tan and Kane Tan of In Good Company will make their women’s wear collection runway debut, joined by established Singapore labels AL&ALICIA, Frederic Sai, MAE PANG, MAX.TAN, L’ILE AUX ASHBY, PAULINE.NING, Thomas Wee, YOUYOU and ZENCHI, who will present their Spring Summer 2014 collection at THE CATWALK SPACE.

This year, Topshop will be presenting their latest collection on #DigitalFashionWeek Singapore 2013 runway for the very first time.
THE SHOWROOM SPACE
22 Singapore fashion designers will participate in THE SHOWROOM SPACE, showing their latest Spring Summer 2014 collection at a showroom setting. Only invited guests to the catwalk shows will have access to the showroom, pre- and post- show. Daily events will take place at the showroom, providing press and selected VIPs an opportunity to meet the designers and discuss their collections.
With the introduction of THE SHOWROOM SPACE, #DigitalFashionWeek Singapore is also opening the doors to Singapore’s accessories designers who will now have the opportunity to display their collection to the fashion week’s targeted audience.

COLLABORATION WITH TECHNOLOGY PARTNERS
Back for the second year, the world's first shoppable live streaming fashion week, #DigitalFashionWeek Singapore 2013 will bring all of its live fashion week actions to global audiences across social media platforms.
Daily Q&A interview sessions will take place on Google+ Hangouts, with guests including high-profile Singaporean and British fashion personalities. Consumers around the world can watch live-streamed shows and live backstage action from the THE CATWALK SPACE on YouTube at http://www.youtube.com/DigitalFashionWeek.
#DigitalFashionWeek Singapore will also partner with Twitter to create Asia's first ever live 'Tweetwalk' show, premiering the Spring Summer 2014 collection with instant backstage Twit pics of every look live from The CATWALK SPACE. Every look will be shared before the models hit the runway, allowing followers to view the collection moments before anyone else. Images can be viewed in full using Twitter's new media gallery photo functionality.
For one-click access to #DigitalFashionWeek Singapore's official site, Coast by Opera, an innovative gesture-based browser specially built for iPad, will feature #DigitalFashionWeek Singapore 2013 live runway shows in the selected regions, including Indonesia, Singapore, Taiwan and Vietnam. From November 1st, the users in these regions will be able to watch the shows with comfort on their iPads directly on Coast without the hassle of searching. In addition, to support and promote the work of their favorite designers from #DigitalFashionWeek Singapore 2013, all Coast users will be able to download the designers' collection to dress their browsers in style.
