Exari Launches New Release of Intelligent Contract Management Software; Enhancements set new Standards for Automated Document Drafting and Visibility into Contract Terms
Boston, MA (PRWEB) November 12, 2013 -- Today Exari, a global leader in interactive document generation and contract management, announced Version 6.2 release of its Intelligent Contract Management software. This release combines new features in both document assembly and contract automation enabling contract creation, negotiation, management and analysis in one flexible system that handles high-risk, high-value contracts and documentation, including negotiation business-to-business contracts.
Continuing its commitment to offer the industry’s most innovative and most advanced solutions, Exari’s latest release delivers improvements across the contract lifecycle.
Sales and front office teams have the ability to accelerate contract creation and negotiation, with the potential to double their productivity, eliminate approval bottlenecks, increase deal throughput and shorten contract turnaround and closing times.
Operational, Procurement, On-Boarding, Risk and Compliance teams benefit from better visibility into vital contract terms data, as well as workflow and process data. Exari’s contract reporting tool empowers them to leverage favorable terms, to identify and manage business or regulatory risk, and to identify more profitable ways to structure future deals.
Legal Departments will appreciate the workflow module that allows them to offer streamlined self-service contracts to the business, without compromising risk management.
Exari Intelligent Contract Management software is a powerful and flexible system that combines Document Assembly (DA), Contract Management (CM) and Contract Analytics (CA). Exari Document Assembly is an innovative multichannel interactive document generation application that is tightly integrated with Exari CM or licensed for standalone use. It is designed to provide the most powerful authoring tools on the market that allow users to create and edit complex documents, forms, clauses and packages, without any exposure to the underlying XML codes. Exari Contract Management combines patented enterprise document assembly with a complete contract lifecycle management system and optionally includes contract analytics. With user-friendly dashboards, approval workflows, milestone and task alerts, Exari Contract Management provides a collaborative platform to create, negotiate, manage and analyze contracts. Exari Contract Analytics is an optional reporting tool, licensed primarily as a part of Exari CM, to provide deep reporting capabilities across contract and process data.
Exari’s platform-independent Intelligent Contract Management software can be deployed in-house or in the cloud and is easily integrated with Salesforce.com, Sharepoint and other systems.
What’s new in Version 6.2:
The new features in Version 6.2 are aimed to improve performance and usability, and expand contract management capabilities and functionality across the system:
• New tablet-friendly, unified user interface with optional classic view provides users with a cleaner, simpler experience whether they are working from desktop, tablet or mobile devices.
• Embedded document support makes it possible to dynamically embed docx, xlsx and pptx files inside any Word docx document generated from the system. This means users can automatically create a single Word document (e.g., a proposal, term sheet or contract) with supporting documents that can be opened simply by clicking the applicable icon/image in the Word document.
• A unified metadata model for contract management that automatically updates the overall terms by understanding the relationship between imported (legacy) contracts, newly created contracts, and one or more amendments to those agreements over time.
• Status-driven contract management actions that ensure tighter compliance by locking down contract metadata for signed agreements but permitting users to clone or amend signed deals.
• Dynamic sorting during a document assembly session - automatically sort items in your document based on content actually generated each time (e.g., to ensure defined terms are always in alphabetical order).
• Intelligent answer meta generation - dynamically set metadata based on runtime scenario (e.g., to assign real time-risk ratings on variables depending on which document is run).
• Crowd-sourced default answer selection - pre-select default multiple choice question answers based on popularity.
• Authoring enhancements - a new option for grouping repeated interview questions (Index by Index repeat rendering); rich formatting support in question text and prompts including bold/italics, hyperlinks and images.
• Enhanced clustering support - multiple optimizations made to clustered install administration, update propagation and monitoring.
• Comments support - authors can now generate comments in their Word output documents and import comments into an Exari template.
• Interview testing framework - a dynamic framework to record and playback interview sessions for test or demo purposes (e.g., to ensure interviews behave as expected after an upgrade).
• Real time repository search - modified items are now indexed in real time and can be searched, immediately returning up-to-date results.
Exari is designed to automate documents across the entire document spectrum from simple documents such as customer communications and employment agreements, to semi-standard (interactive) documents such as sales contracts, to highly complex documents such as multi-lender, multi-borrower, and multi-currency financing agreements.
