Effective September 23, 2013 Dennis joined ResMan® as their new Vice President of Sales. He has spent over 19 years in the housing industry. His credentials as a change agent and market share strategist will serve ResMan’s efforts to share their cutting edge property management solution with the property management industry. Dennis will oversee National Sales for the ResMan’s online property management software.
Dennis comes to ResMan® from Business Insight a U.S. Government, Department of Defense division where he helped to build project management teams. His position led him to partner with top Admirals and Captains of the U.S. Navy. Prior to Business Insights Dennis had extensive Business to Business background with years of building teams to grow product awareness. He has repositioned companies such as NLC Financial Services from $15 Million to a $40 Million a month producer surpassing previous performance. Dennis’s business philosophy for building a strong team is centered on providing the team with support and the right tools to obtain higher levels of success. These principles are keys to the actual development of the property management software as well as the ResMan’s own company culture, stated Elizabeth Francisco, Chief Operations Officer.
Dennis’s substantial experience in financial services put him directly in the housing industry. While he mentored teams and worked with community partners providing mortgages to homeowners, he learned how the property management industry serves as temporary and long term housing options for many. “The processes and services that property management professionals have to manage is impressive,” stated Dennis also sharing, “Recognizing the value of a rental management software designed by the professionals who utilize it day in and day out to manage their assets was the primary reason I am excited about joining the ResMan team.”
