The master-planned community of Heritage reports third quarter sales of 65 homes, nearly matching the 2005 third quarter high of 67 sales. Additionally, Heritage new home sale prices continue to rise, boasting a 5% increase for the quarter.

“We are continuing to see growth at Heritage,” says Andy Ammons, president of Ammons Development Group, Heritage developer. “These third quarter results indicate that the market continues to improve. We typically see a sales dip during third quarter, but this year we didn’t. And, we’re looking forward to a strong fourth quarter finish to 2013.”

September Heritage new home sales provide other indicators of the community’s continued leadership as well as market improvements. The list price to sale price ratio remains strong at 100% and sales for the year are nearing 200 homes.
