Ciconi Ltd, founded in 1989, has launched a new website (http://www.ciconi.co.uk) with an attractive new interface and comprehensive service information. Ciconi is a fast-growing mailing and fulfilment house with clients that range from major corporates, start-ups and high-tech businesses to leading academic and not-for-profit organisations.
“A number of factors drove our decision to replace our old site with an all-new presence,” explains Elisabeth Glasper, Ciconi’s managing director.
“Our old brand identity, which had done sterling work for nearly 20 years, was overdue for a rethink, and so did the collateral that went with it. At the same time, we had changed, evolved and grown and so had our services. We were originally a mailing and fulfilment house. Today we cover the entire communications supply chain. From one or two service pages we had grown to need at least eight.
“The market had changed, too. Smartphones and other personal tools made it a no-brainer for us to take a fresh new approach to the interface, because people today are far more mobile and ‘open’ than they were when we designed our first site. Finally, it’s a plain fact of the modern business world that you need to keep a site dynamic and changing if you are to attract new traffic and reassure clients and prospects that you are ready to do business. The new website, which we designed in-house, delivers on all these requirements.”
Ciconi’s integrated services, described on the website (http://www.ciconi.co.uk/services.html), include data management, design, e-marketing, mailing & distribution, print, response handling, storage & fulfilment, and UK & international mail. Forthcoming enhancements to the site, which will be continually updated and revised, include a Ciconi video, a jargon busting section, and a number of ‘how to’ tips.
