Jake Vanderlei Joins Seminole Hard Rock Tampa As Vice President, Casino Operations
Tampa, FL (PRWEB) October 11, 2013 -- Jake Vanderlei has been named Seminole Hard Rock Tampa’s Vice President, Casino Operations, it was announced here today.
He will oversee the table games, slots and player development departments as well as components of the marketing operation.
Prior to his arrival, Vanderlei compiled a long and successful career in the gaming industry. Most recently, he was President & General Manager of Rotate Black Mississippi where he developed a $126 million casino project that received approval from (among others) the Mississippi Gaming Commission.
Before his stint at Rotate Black Mississippi, he was the Regional Vice President of Gaming for MGM-Mirage. He also held executive-level positions with Four Queens Hotel & Casino, Acres Gaming and Silicon Gaming in Las Vegas and was the Director of Slots/Casino Operations for the Casino Magic Corporation in Bay Saint Louis, Miss.
