In this new role, Mark will primarily focus on managing and expanding ISI’s sales through direct and reseller channels, and strategizing with the managers of ISI’s Call Reporting, Call/Video Recording & TEM departments to identify new and improved ways to help customers better manage their telecom usage and spend. Expanding on previous successes, Mark will continue to focus on building deeper relationships with ISI’s large customers, resellers and suppliers in addition to developing new strategic relationships.

Mark has been with ISI since 2008. Prior to this appointment, he served as Chief Operating Officer & Executive Vice President of Sales of ISI. In these roles, Mark developed policies and procedures to improve the delivery of ISI’s products and services and has actively participated in the strategic planning of the organization, including the introduction of new product and service offerings. In addition, Mark has managed ISI’s sales personnel, has been intricately involved in the negotiation and closing of large customer, reseller and supplier transactions, and has established the infrastructure necessary to support ISI's vast network of business partners, which includes such market-leading providers as Cisco, Avaya, Microsoft, AT&T, Verizon and CDW.
