Version 2.1 highlights include Help Desk Ticketing and Billing Modules.

FrameWork Software Corporation (FSC), a software solutions provider in the legal space, is pleased to announce the release of FrameWork, Version 2.1.

Version 2.1 adds some significant enhancements, including:

  • Help Desk Ticketing: Provides users the ability to track, monitor and assign support requests.
  • Billing: Allows users to track all billable and non-billable activities, capture billing metrics and inputs for internal labor hours, and provides customizable reports to export for invoicing.
  • Task Template Management: Permits users to create modify and remove workflow templates.
  • Heightened Alerts: Delivers email alerts for asset tracking, help desk ticketing, and project and task ownership.

These enhancements complement existing robust features such as evidence and custodian tracking, work order and task management, service configuration and proposal generation and in-depth reporting. These additional features continue to enable project teams to collaborate, analyze, and budget more efficiently and effectively.
