Experienced Sales V.P. Named to Expand Growth Initiatives

CompView Medical, LLC, (CVM) manufacturer of the NuBOOM®, the world’s first all-in one equipment manager, visualization, and ergonomic boom system, has named Randy Eggen as its new Vice President of Sales.

Mr. Eggen spent the last 17 years with Stryker Corporation, where he served in several sales management roles. Mr. Eggen will be in charge of growing CVM’s current distribution channel while pursuing additional sales channel initiatives.

"Our recently released products further expand our ability to benefit every operating room, complimenting Randy’s experience," noted Paul White, President of CVM. "Randy has a strong and impressive resume for surgical sales and sales management. His comprehensive understanding of surgical capital equipment sales will greatly benefit CVM, our burgeoning sales network, and hospital personnel."

Before CVM, Mr. Eggen was responsible for the market share growth of Stryker’s Surgical franchise within Oregon, Washington, Alaska and Hawaii with sales revenue reaching $68 million dollars. Other responsibilities included; regional P & L, pricing, IDN contracting, hiring, sales training and business plan/strategy. He developed relationships with key opinion leaders within the surgical community.

Prior to Stryker, he worked at American Medical Systems and Ethicon.

Mr. Eggen attended Western Washington University, where he played varsity baseball, later playing professionally.

He lives in the Portland, OR area.
