Introducing the Shoei RF-1200 Helmet, and More New Shoei Motorcycle Helmets Now Available at Motochanic.com
West New York, NJ (PRWEB) October 14, 2013 -- Shoei North America has released the Shoei RF-1200 Helmet for sale for the first time in the United States, and new graphics and colors for their existing models, including the new Shoei X-12 Montmelo Marc Marquez Helmet. The new helmet model, and the exciting new graphics and colors are a homerun for the motorcycle helmet company which we expect to be extremely well received by motorcycle riders of all kinds.
Since 1959 Shoei, a Japanese motorcycle helmet company, has been producing helmets, and from the very beginning, all Shoei helmets have been designed and manufactured in Japan. From the time that the first RF-105 was introduced, Shoei’s RF series has continued to evolve and has made significant changes as one of the leading motorcycle sport helmet. Years of wind tunnel testing and development, including feedback from on-track motorcycle riders have contributed greatly to the growth of the Shoei RF model. The next generation of the RF is here and available at Motochanic, the Shoei RF-1200 Helmets.
There are many features that make a quality helmet, but one of the most important is how light the helmet is while keeping its ability to provide excellent protection. For the Shoei RF-1200, the weight has been reduced by using a slimmer design and building a distinct line into the side of the helmet that happens to also serve as an accent to the aesthetics of the helmet. This line is not only for looks, it also widens the bottom of the helmet to help make the process of putting the helmet on or taking it off, a lot easier. The Shoei RF-1200 is currently the lightest Snell certified helmet in the Shoei lineup.
The Shoei RF-1200 Helmet has had extensive wind-tunnel testing which has helped create an aerodynamic shape for the helmet that limits the lift and shake commonly experienced while riding at high speeds on a motorcycle. This new slim and aerodynamic design will lessen the load on the rider’s neck and therefore create a more comfortable motorcycle riding experience. The aerodynamic shape not only improves stability, but also combined with improved interior linings and a completely new and improved shield system, the RF-1200 helmet will provide the rider with the experience of a very quiet and comfortable ride.
The nine solid color options for the Shoei RF-1200 helmet will be more than enough to help you find a color you like. In addition to the solid color options for this helmet, the RF-1200 is available in six graphics, with the majority of those coming in different color options as well. The new graphics include the Dominance, Inception, Mystify, Phantasm, Beacon, and Duchess. These helmets are available from Motochanic.com.
More newly released helmets from Shoei include: In the X-12 model lineup, the X-12 Montmelo Marquez helmet, the X-12 Kagayama 4 helmet available in two colors, and two new colors for the X-12 Daijiro Helmet. In the GT-Air model lineup, two new colors for the GT-Air Wanderer Helmet, GT-Air Regalia Helmet , and the GT-Air Inertia Helmet available in three colors. In the Qwest model lineup, one new color for the Qwest Passage Helmet. In the VFX-W off-road helmet model lineup, the VFX-W Sear Helmet in four colors, the VFX-W Reputation Helmet in three colors, and the VFX-W Barcia Helmet in two colors.
