Proove Biosciences Announces Executive Additions to Expanding East Coast Corporate Team
Irvine, CA (PRWEB) October 14, 2013 -- Proove Biosciences, the leading personalized pain medicine laboratory, announced expansions within the Company’s corporate team in its Howard County, Maryland office.
Catherine Meshkin, Esq. has been appointed as Vice President and General Counsel. Catherine will be responsible for legal matters and overseeing Proove Biosciences’ intellectual property and regulatory counsel. Catherine received her law degree from George Mason University School of Law and her undergraduate degree from UCLA. She has served two legal clerkships: one for the Honorable Sharon Prost of the U.S. Court of Appeals, Federal Circuit, and a second for the Honorable Stuart Nash of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. She is also currently an adjunct professor at the George Mason University School of Law where she teachers Legal Research and Writing.
Marion Frost has been named Controller and Finance Manager. He brings over 20 years of executive-level experience in finance, organizational structuring and business operations. Most recently he was the Chief Operating Officer of VF, Inc, a Baltimore, Maryland based manufacturing company. Marion will be responsible for Proove’s accounting activities and operational development across all company divisions.
