Byers with the launch of his website, blog and now with all six of his books being available as Kindle eBooks on Amazon. Previously a Construction Manager, Byers retired in 1988 and embarked on a storytelling and creative writing career which led to the establishment of his six books; “Goad of Honor,” “The Naked Jaybird,” “A Boy and His Horse,” “Bent Coin” and “Lost River Bridge.” The sixth installment, “Beginning Creative Writing: A Learning Experience,” is not a novel like the others, but a compilation of creative writing seminars which he presented at libraries and schools.
