Mobile UA Fellowship Brings Industry Leaders Together to Address Latest Issues and Trends in Mobile User Acquisition
San Francisco, CA (PRWEB) October 14, 2013 -- The Mobile UA Fellowship (MUAF), the industry's largest network of mobile UA leaders, and the Global Mobile Internet Conference (GMIC) announced today that on October 22nd the Fellowship will host its Q4 meeting on “What’s Trending in Mobile User Acquisition.” The event helps kick off GMIC Silicon Valley, the valley’s largest mobile conference and expo, taking place October 22nd and 23rd. Sponsors of the MUAF event include GameGenetics, Berlin-based aggregator and distributor of free mobile games, and EEDAR, the leading provider of mobile game research, sales forecasting and business intelligence services.
The invite-only meeting is expected to bring together over 120 of the top decision makers from mobile application companies around the world to discuss the hottest issues and latest trends in the field. A panel featuring speakers from Disney Mobile, Storm8, Capcom, Kiwi, GSN and Perfect World will lead a discussion covering current acquisition topics such as changing strategies in the face of app store algorithm changes, app internationalization, and increased cross-platform development.
“The Mobile UA Fellowship brings together the most influential people from across the mobile industry, and we are proud that they’ve selected our event for their quarterly meeting,” said Barrett Parkman, co-producer of GMIC. “The GMIC is focused on fostering high-level discussions that impact the mobile industry, so there’s a lot of synergy between our conference and the fellowship’s event.”
“We chose to partner with the Mobile UA Fellowship because it is the premiere mobile UA networking think tank in the space and comprises many of the most knowledgeable and forward-thinking individuals in the industry,” said Alexander Piutti, CEO and founder of GameGenetics. “Q4 is a critical time as companies aim to make a big push for the holiday season and end the year on a strong note, so this quarter’s event is especially timely and meaningful.”
The Mobile UA Fellowship is also hosting a panel during GMIC Silicon Valley, on “The Ninjas of Mobile App User Acquisition.” The panel takes place at 1:30 pm on Tuesday, October 22, and features MUAF co-founder Dave Westin as moderator, as well as Disney Mobile, DeNA, WGT, Hook Mobile and Appsfire.
