Mediaplanet Publishing announces the distribution of the first installment of the "Careers in Science" campaign, the third publication to be released out of Mediaplanet’s San Francisco office, which opened its doors this spring under the leadership of Managing Director Janel Gallucci. The cross-platform campaign was distributed as an 8-page print publication within The San Francisco Chronicle on September 20th, and digitally across a network of online platforms, reaching over 2 million readers.

The "Careers in Science" campaign aims to unite the industy leaders to create a strong call to action, motivating readers to get involved and help advance science education across the country. By raising awareness and pushing the boundary, Mediaplanet strives to make a difference in the lives of current and future generations by enlightening people on the value of a career in the sciences. It succeeds in uniting the organizations and companies working at the forefront of STEM Education, including NASA, National Science Foundation, National Academy of Sciences, Genentech, University of San Francisco, Science and Health Education Partnership, University of California Berkeley, Notre Dame University, the Exploratorium and many more.
