At 29 I felt like the only thing that was important in my life was my job

Integrity's COO Jillian Elise has recently published a blog revealing her body baring close to nothing and how she is fighting back the thoughts that make her along with many other unable to stick to a healthy diet and exercise plan. In the article she candidly speaks about how she had gotten caught up in the rat race of running a business and not caring enough about herself in the process.
Jillian states; "At 29 I felt like the only thing that was important in my life was my job. Don't get me wrong I love what I do but there has to be balance and a time where I can do what is important to my well-being. I saw myself falling into the same routine being done by many of our members that we preach not to do."
In late July a close friend of Jillian's who was turning 50 in October decided to enter a fitness competition. She asked her if she would like to do it with her but her initial thoughts were the same excuses she was using about being too busy and the business would suffer if she took the time to train for this competition.
