Vinolovers, a new personalized wine subscription club, was featured on Fox 5 DC News on Columbus Day. Founder and CEO of Vinolovers, Justin Harrison, spoke with Fox 5 News' Allison Seymour and Sarah Simmons yesterday about how to choose high quality wines at affordable prices and DC Wine Week, which occurs throughout the city this week.
"Our motto at Vinolovers is to Love the Wines You're With," said Harrison during his interview with Seymour and Simmons. "It's our goal to educate and provide our customers with wines that over-shadow their price points."
As a startup in the wine industry and a new player on the DC wine scene, Vinolovers has partnered with DC Wine Week this year to promote the upcoming launch of Vinolovers website and online marketplace at the end of this month. Harrison values the mission of DC Wine Week because it mirrors the educational and community values of his new company.
"[DC Wine Week] is pretty much a celebration of all wine, food and culture in DC," said Harrison during the Fox 5 interview. "Every day they have a series of events taking place where people can come and get to network with other wine lovers in DC."
DC Wine Week is hosting events from October 12 through October 19 throughout Washington, DC and inviting all local wine lovers to gather in celebration of DC's wine community and culture.
